Michael R. Moore has practiced general surgery in the Spokane community since 1991. He attended the University of Washington, then completed his residency in general surgery at Boston University. Dr. Moore served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, working as a trauma surgeon during Operation Desert Storm. Dr. Moore has special interests in gastrointestinal, trauma, and oncologic surgery and repair of complex abdominal wall hernias. He is an active staff member at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Deaconess Medical Center and Valley Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Moore is available to see patients at our Cataldo office. Dr. Moore also provides Acute Trauma Care, Critical Care and Acute Surgical Care at Sacred Heart, the only Level II Trauma center in Eastern Washington.
